- Chlorine melt casting for hydrogen removal
Chlorine fusion station system is composed of chlorine gas first gasified and then purified (dried) in chlorine room through gas distribution system, and pure chlorine gas is transported to refining gas distribution cabinet and degassing gas distribution cabinet on casting workshop site through pipeline. Chlorine is delivered to the furnace refining gas distribution cabinet and argon is manually proportioned to 3 -12% chlorine concentration for furnace refining degassing; chlorine is delivered to the casting online degassing device gas distribution cabinet and argon is proportioned to 3-12% chlorine concentration for online refining degassing.
Chlorine melting station system is generally composed of steel cylinder scale, chlorine collector, chlorine vaporizer, chlorine filter, chlorine purification and drying device, chlorine argon automatic accompaniment device, chlorine leakage absorption device and chlorine leakage safety detection device.
